What You'll Do Depending on the client's care plan, responsibilities may include: Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care Supporting safe mobility and transfers Preparing meals and providing nutrition support Offering companionship and meaningful client engagement Encouraging independence whenever possible Observing and reporting changes or concerns Completing required documentation accurately and promptly Following the client's care plan, safety procedures, and company policies You May Be a Strong Fit If You have previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, home health, nursing, or related healthcare experience—or you're a nursing or healthcare student developing your clinical skills.
