We are looking for a Residential Instructor to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care and support. Duties Residential staff assist with activities of daily living such as meals, medications, personal care as needed, leisure and recreational activities, and community events as outlined in the plan of care. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate personnel. Skills Experience in working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Ability to implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Pay:
$19.80 - $21.27 per hour
