NorthCare Assisted Living is looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Montana. We provide person-centered care in a supportive, home-like environment where residents and staff feel valued and respected.

Swing Shift 2pm•10pm What You'll Do Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating). Support residents with dignity, respect, and kindness. Encourage resident participation in daily activities and engagement opportunities. Assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents safely. $18.50•$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0•40.0 per week
