What You'll Earn and Receive:

Hourly Pay :

$20-$22 per hour

Additional Income :

Tips + performance-based bonuses

What You'll Do:

Clean residential homes to a high standard (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, living areas) Follow structured cleaning systems and checklists Communicate clearly with clients and handle special requests professionally Stay on schedule and manage your time efficiently throughout the day Care for and properly use company equipment and products Report any issues or damages promptly Travel between homes throughout the workday (mileage reimbursed)

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, positive, and detail-oriented individuals Comfortable working independently when required and staying organized Available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional weekend availability is a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle Smartphone for job tracking and communication Able to pass background screening (City of Missoula + third-party) Comfortable working in homes with pets Able to lift up to 35 lbs
