Work Location:

With client in their home Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming to support independence and dignity. Monitor health and safety, perform basic first aid and CPR as needed, and report changes in condition to supervisors. Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assist with medication reminders according to care plans. Support mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and manual handling techniques; accompany clients to appointments as required. Document observations, maintain a safe living environment, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
