Home Care Agency Director Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall coordination, management, and growth of Twin Lakes Community's private duty home care services. Oversees the recruitment, scheduling, supervision, and performance of in-home care aides to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Conducts client assessments, identifies individual needs, and develops comprehensive care plans that guide service delivery by Home Care aides. Provides ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client outcomes, ensuring services remain responsive to changing needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Serves as a liaison between clients, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals to promote exceptional customer service and continuity of care. Leads business development initiatives aimed at expanding home care services throughout the greater community. Cultivates relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, community organizations, and prospective clients to increase awareness of available services, generate referrals, and support strategic growth. Identifies opportunities for program expansion and develops outreach strategies that enhance Twin Lakes Community's presence as a trusted provider of in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage private duty home care services. Schedule, supervise, and support Home Care aides. Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Maintain communication with clients, families, and healthcare partners. Develop and implement business development and community outreach strategies. Build and maintain referral relationships within the greater community. Promote the growth and expansion of home care services to meet community needs. Support organizational goals through strategic planning, marketing, and relationship management. Education and/or
Experience:
An individual with five (5) years of Registered Nurse experience preferred. An individual who has at least 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in home care, hospice care, or other licensed health care program required. An individual who holds a bachelor's degree in health, business or public administration science preferred.
License:
Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted NC nursing license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) license preferred. How to
