Griswold Home Care is hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and Companion Care Providers to provide one-on-one care to clients in Burlington and surrounding communities. Our caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families they serve. What You'll Do As a caregiver, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Providing companionship and emotional support Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Assisting with walking, transfers, repositioning, and mobility Providing Hoyer lift assistance when applicable Performing light housekeeping and laundry Providing medication reminders according to the client's care plan Encouraging independence, dignity, and a safe home environment Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Completing required care documentation What We're Looking For We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing quality care.

Preferred qualifications include:

2+ years of professional caregiving experience Experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, or group home settings Experience providing personal care, mobility assistance, and transfers Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, or end-of-life care Hoyer lift experience is a plus Strong communication and dependability Ability to work independently and follow an individualized care plan Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
