RN Supervisor - Home Care We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, organized, and computer-savvy Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our growing home care team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working directly with clients and caregivers while also taking an active role in supporting the operational needs of a home care agency.

Full-Time The RN Supervisor will work closely with the Director and office team to ensure clients receive appropriate care and caregivers have the support and direction they need. Key Responsibilities Complete initial and ongoing client assessments and reassessments. Develop, review, and update individualized Plans of Care. Monitor changes in client condition and communicate concerns appropriately. Conduct supervisory visits and client check-ins as needed. Review caregiver documentation, care notes, and ADLs for accuracy and completeness. Ensure caregivers are following the client's Plan of Care. Communicate with clients, families & caregivers as appropriate. Assist with identifying changes in client needs and determining when additional services or a change in care may be appropriate. Participate in caregiver orientation, training, and education when needed. Respond to questions and provide direction to caregivers. Assist the office team with maintaining accurate electronic client records and required documentation. Help address client and caregiver concerns in a professional and timely manner. Participate in quality assurance and ongoing improvement of client care. Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable home care regulations, company policies, and standards of care. Support the office team with care coordination and other responsibilities as needed. Accurately document all activities and client interactions in the agency's electronic systems. Submit mileage accurately and in a timely manner for reimbursement in accordance with company policy. Utilize computer-based systems daily for documentation, scheduling, communication, client records, email, and other administrative responsibilities. What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina. Previous nursing experience; home health, home care, geriatrics, hospice, dementia care, or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning and using multiple electronic systems. Ability to navigate electronic medical/client records, email, scheduling software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other computer-based programs. Comfortable completing documentation electronically and maintaining accurate digital records. Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor. Ability to travel throughout our service area for client visits. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved business-related travel in accordance with company policy.
