Job Description

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community Living & Supports (CLS) / Day Supports The Direct Support Professional provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Staff assist individuals in achieving their personal goals while promoting independence, choice, dignity, and community inclusion.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks as needed. Teach and encourage independence in home and community settings. Support participation in community outings, recreational activities, and social events. Assist with transportation to approved activities and appointments. Follow each individual's Individual Support Plan (ISP) and agency policies. Complete accurate daily documentation and report concerns promptly. Ensure the health, safety, and rights of each individual are protected at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. At least 18 years old. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to pass background checks and complete required training. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality, person-centered care. Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
