Responsibilities Provide attentive care for clients ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and general housekeeping and errands Support individuals with disabilities by helping with mobility, personal care, and daily tasks while fostering independence Maintain a clean and organized environment suitable for caregiving settings such as home-based care Follow safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response plans to ensure the well-being of those in your care Communicate effectively with families or guardians about daily activities, progress, and any concerns related to the child's or individual's needs Skills Certification in first aid and CPR to handle emergencies confidently Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Compassionate attitude combined with patience and adaptability in dynamic caregiving environments
