  • Part‑Time Direct Care Staff
  • Full‑Time Weekend‑Only Direct Care Staff (12‑hour shifts: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM or 8:00 PM-8:00 AM) Support Staff (Assisting the Group Home Manager)

Time Positions Available Location:
Greensboro / Jamestown, NC About the Program We are a nationally accredited Level III Residential Treatment Facility serving adolescent males ages 11-18. Our program provides 24/7 supervision, structure, and therapeutic support for youth with behavioral and emotional needs. Position Overview We are seeking dependable, professional Direct Care Staff to supervise and support adolescent males in a structured residential environment. Staff must maintain safety, follow routines, and provide consistent supervision. This role requires maturity, patience, and the ability to follow policies, documentation standards, and behavioral protocols. Key Responsibilities Provide active, continuous supervision (line‑of‑sight/sound) Maintain safety, structure, and accountability at all times Assist with daily routines: meals, hygiene, chores, activities Implement behavior plans and provide redirection Complete all required documentation each shift Transport residents and supervise community outings (if assigned) Run a shift independently when trained (basic cooking, medication assistance if certified) Communication & Coordination Communicate professionally with DSS, state agencies, LME/MCOs, and insurance providers (including Healthy Blue NC
  • BCBS) Assist with referrals, authorizations, and required documentation Provide updates on resident progress, services, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate records to support billing, audits, and regulatory reviews Support Role Opportunity Some staff may assist the Group Home Manager with daily operational duties.
This is a support role only — not a management position. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Documentation Requirements All documentation must be completed during the shift and submitted for approval. Failure to complete documentation, leaving early, arriving late, or failing to meet performance standards may result in loss of bonuses and/or corrective action. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) Experience with adolescents or behavioral health (preferred) Must pass background check & drug screening Valid driver's license preferred Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional NC Professional Levels Paraprofessional (PP): High School Diploma AP/QP (preferred for some shifts): More experience or degree in human services Compensation Direct Care Staff (Part‑Time): $12.00

00 per hour Support Staff (Assisting Manager): Pay negotiable based on experience Holiday Bonuses Employees working the following holidays receive an additional $2.00 per hour : New Year's Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Bonus Eligibility Requirements Bonuses are discretionary and not guaranteed . They are only earned when all conditions below are met: Full scheduled shift is worked Employee arrives on time and does not leave early All documentation is completed accurately and submitted before end of shift No disciplinary action (verbal, written, or final warning) during the pay period Performance, professionalism, and supervision standards are met All policies, safety protocols, and expectations are followed Bonuses will NOT be paid for: Late arrivals Early departures Missed shifts Incomplete documentation Poor performance Any disciplinary action Failure to follow supervision or safety requirements Bonus Policy Notice Bonuses may be changed, adjusted, or discontinued at any time with a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice. Training Provided (Paid) CPR / First Aid NCI (Crisis Intervention) Medication Administration Bloodborne Pathogens Program‑specific training Key Expectations Maintain active supervision at all times Follow all safety and behavioral protocols Complete accurate, timely documentation Maintain professionalism with youth, families, and agencies Support a structured, therapeutic environment If it's not documented, it didn't occur.
