Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health routines under supervision. Support clients with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and organizing living spaces to maintain a safe and clean environment. Offer companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness. Monitor clients' health status, report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly. Follow care plans meticulously while respecting individual preferences and cultural considerations. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or observations during visits. Requirements Proven experience as an In Home Caregiver or similar role supporting individuals with diverse needs. Experience working with geriatric populations or individuals requiring Level II trauma center experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of hospital medicine, emergency medicine protocols, and outpatient clinic procedures enhances your ability to respond effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members.
