Job Description

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Evening/Overnight Shifts Skayter Dean LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support adults living in a supervised residential setting.
Available Shifts Second shift:
5:00 PM-11:00 PM Third shift: 11:00 PM-8:00 AM Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care, daily living skills, meals, and household routines. Provide appropriate supervision and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Follow each resident's care plan and scheduled activities. Complete shift notes, incident reports, and other required documentation. Accurately complete Medication Administration Record (MAR) documentation. Report medication concerns or discrepancies promptly. Complete light housekeeping and assigned shift duties. Communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, and management. Qualifications Previous PCA, DSP, caregiver, group-home, or residential-care experience is preferred. Familiarity with the Medication Administration Record (MAR) is preferred. Medication administration experience or certification is strongly preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Must be dependable, attentive, and able to work independently. Must pass all required background and registry checks. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required. Must be able to work a flexible second- and/or third-shift schedule. We are looking for someone who is patient, professional, dependable, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care.
