Duties Support medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines Engage residents in social activities, meal preparation, and recreational programs to encourage active participation and well-being Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, resident progress, and incident reports in compliance with facility policies Ensure that residents are transported to all medical appointments. Ensure that the juvenile is attending school and completing homework Provide 24-hour supervision of the minor children Assist with maintaining a clean facility Skills Ability to work effectively with minors who suffer from mental health and substance abuse issues. Knowledge of resident rights, safety protocols, and medication administration procedures Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, families, and team members Competency in first aid, CPR certification, and safe patient lifting practices Experience operating standard passenger cars for transportation needs or community outings Join us in making a meaningful difference every day!
