Job Description
Caregivers 24/7 is a leading home care provider for senior adults in the Triangle. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and committed professional to provide in-home care to a client in Holly Springs. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients in their homes while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life. There is flexibility with hours on the weekend. We are seeking an applicant who lives in the Holly Spring area. This job is full-time, first shift beginning at 7am and ending at 1pm or 2pm including weekends.
Duties:
- Provide assistance with companion care, personal care, safety supervision, and medication reminders
- Support client and their family in maintaining a safe living environment
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition and/or behavior
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Skills & Experience:
- Two years of experience as a PCA
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and ability to effectively respond to emergencies
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- CPR certified preferred but not required
- Negative TB test
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and religions

What We Expect:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and reliable transportation
