We need a dedicated and friendly In-Home Aide to join our team, who's passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with hands-on care including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating. Help clients with the self-administration of medications and may assist with vital sign monitoring under the delegation of a Registered Nurse, if applicable. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and shopping to maintain a safe and clean home environment. Promptly report any changes in the client's condition, incidents, or any problems to the Service Supervisor. Observe and document any unusual incidents or changes in the client's behavior. Maintain accurate service records of daily activities and health data as required. Adhere to all company policies and state regulations concerning in-home care. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor to meet the needs of clients. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care setting. Valid North Carolina Driver's License and personal means of transportation. Current NA I or NA II certification or relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear and effective communication style. Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing time effectively. Committed to providing respectful and empathetic assistance to clients.
