Full-Time Position Summary Renewed Beginnings Home is seeking a Full-Time Associate Professional (AP) to provide support, supervision, and skill-building services to youth in a Level III group home. The AP will work closely with the Qualified Professional (QP) to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure residents receive quality care in a structured and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and support to residents. Assist with implementing treatment goals and behavioral interventions. Complete required documentation, progress notes, and incident reports. Participate in treatment team meetings and CFT meetings as assigned. Monitor resident progress and communicate concerns to the QP. Assist with transportation, appointments, and community activities. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed. Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with mental health needs preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass required background checks. Schedule Full-Time Primarily Second Shift (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Some weekends, on-call responsibilities, and flexibility required.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
