Live‑In Child Caregivers (Residential Program)

Pay:

$35,095 - $45,380 PER PERSON , annually (Based on experience; education supplements available) We are seeking compassionate live-in individuals to serve as live-in caregivers for youth in a residential program in Oxford, NC . This unique role allows individuals to work together to create a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment where children can grow and thrive. Housing is provided (on-duty and off-duty).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily supervision, care, and emotional support Serve as positive role models Meet youth's nutritional, educational, recreational, and personal needs Collaborate with program staff and families Participate in required trainings and meetings Qualifications (both spouses): Must be legally married High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks Experience working with children preferred

Schedule & Location:

Full-time, live-in role Overnight shifts with a 20-day on-duty rotation Relocation to Oxford, NC required (off-duty housing available)
