DESCRIPTION

Position Summary The Evening Caregiver supports clients with dinner routines, evening activities, and bedtime preparation. This position is ideal for caregivers who enjoy working later shifts and helping clients wind down for the night. Responsibilities Assist with dinner preparation and feeding, as needed Perform evening

ADLs:

toileting, bathing, dressing for bed, as needed Support bedtime routines and safety monitoring Provide companionship and emotional support Complete daily documentation in AxisCare Report concerns or changes in condition promptly Maintain punctuality and reliability Qualifications Experience supporting evening and bedtime care routines Ability to support safe mobility and transfers Reliable transportation and professional conduct Strong communication and problem-solving skills Schedule Evening shifts will begin between the hours of 5:30PM - 9:30PM Short shifts (1hr, 2hr and 3hr shifts) can be eligible for $25/hour Recurring evening clients assigned when possible
