Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance mental well-being Administer medication reminders and assist with light medical tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Monitor clients' health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members Support clients in engaging with community activities or hobbies to foster social interaction and mental stimulation Requirements Proven experience as an In Home Caregiver or similar role, preferably with Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine background Knowledge of emergency medicine procedures and familiarity with Level I Trauma Center protocols is highly desirable Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care patients, or those requiring sub-acute care services Ability to handle medical-surgical needs and assist in outpatient or clinic settings when necessary Strong communication skills, compassionate demeanor, and patience are essential for building trusting relationships with clients Valid certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and client needs; reliable transportation is beneficial Join us in delivering exceptional in-home care that transforms lives!
