Part-Time, with potential to transition into full-time for the right candidate OJM Consulting & Coaching, PLLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support to a client in Raleigh. We are looking for someone who understands that quality care is more than completing tasks—it requires consistency, respect, good communication, and showing up ready to provide excellent care. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living and personal care needs Provide safe assistance with transfers and mobility Follow the established plan of care Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment Communicate changes or concerns appropriately with the care team Provide dependable and consistent weekend coverage Preferred Qualifications Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, home care, or related experience Transfer experience required Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries preferred Comfortable working in a home with dogs Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Professional, dependable, and punctual Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Growth Opportunity This position begins with a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule from 7:00 AM-1:00 PM, with the possibility of transitioning into additional hours or a full-time role for the right candidate.
