Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Shifts Available The Hinnants Refoundation Impact LLC is currently seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Paraprofessionals to work in a therapeutic group home setting serving youth with behavioral and emotional needs. Staff will provide daily supervision, emotional support, life skills training, and behavioral assistance in a safe and structured environment. The ideal candidate will have patience, professionalism, and a passion for helping youth succeed. Responsibilities Supervise and support residents throughout daily activities Assist clients with routines, hygiene, meals, chores, and recreation Implement behavior support plans and therapeutic interventions Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment Document daily notes, incidents, and progress reports Transport residents to appointments, school, and community activities when needed Assist during crisis situations using approved de-escalation techniques Support residents with communication, coping skills, and social development Work closely with the treatment team and house management Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or experience in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred Experience working with children or adolescents preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid Certification preferred Benefits Competitive Pay Flexible Scheduling Paid Training Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Advancement Please send your resume and references to: [info@hinnantsrefoundationnc.com Join our team and help create a positive, supportive, and therapeutic environment for youth in need.
