Role:
As a PCA , you will be responsible for: Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with daily living activities, such as medication management and mobility Maintaining a safe and clean living environment Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met Collaborate with other care professionals to develop personalized care plans Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
