Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and dressing for infants and young children Implement safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences for caregiving plans Engage children in educational play, teaching basic skills, and encouraging curiosity in a nurturing setting Assist individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support that fosters independence and dignity Qualifications Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while maintaining patience and empathy Flexibility to adapt to different caregiving environments and schedules Join us in creating a warm, supportive environment where every individual feels valued! Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
