• Duties:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients' safety and well-being.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and serve meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in various social activities.
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures is essential.
• Familiarity with nursing home or memory care settings is a plus.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel up to 35 minutes outside of Fayetteville to reach clients in neighboring towns.
