As a PRN staff member, you will be a key team player, providing relief to group home staff members to ensure they are able to get routine breaks to prevent burnout. This positions requires working no less than 2 shifts per month. The shift and frequency is entirely based on your preference and when you would like to work. How does it work? • provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with Daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
• Help individual develop social and life skills
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Complete all assigned duties for that specific shift Qualifications
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
• Experience working with autistic individuals
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
