Job Overview Faith Home Care is immediately hiring for an experienced and reliable PCA (Personal Care Assistant) to provide personal care services for a client in Southern Pines, NC. The schedule for this client is the following: Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Two (2) hours. Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Two (2) hours. Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Two (2) hours. Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Two (2) hours. Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Two (2) hours. This client receives ten (10) hours per week. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams. Qualifications Possess a current TB test. Be able to work the entire schedule. Be in good standing with NC state regulations. Possess a smart phone with reliable internet connection and the ability to leave voice messages. Be highly reliable. Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred. The chosen candidates should also be able to accurately complete and submit paperwork within the required time frame. Weekly paperwork is submitted by 9:00 a.m. EVERY Monday.

Faith Home Care's offices are located in St. Pauls, NC. and Raeford, NC. Orientation takes place in our Raeford, NC location. Candidate will be paid for orientation which is two hours.
