Salary Range:
$15.00 To $16.87 Hourly Piedmont Crossing is a not‑for‑profit continuing care community where compassionate professionals and vibrant residents come together to create a meaningful living experience. Located in beautiful Davidson County, North Carolina, our licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) has been a trusted choice for more than 35 years. We offer a full continuum of services—including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care—designed to support residents at every stage of aging. Home Care Companion The Home Care Companion, under the direction of the Home Care Agency Director RN and/or Clinical Supervisor, provides basic companionship and related services for residents, including planning, organizing and implementing activites of daily living which stress recreation, diversion, intellectual/educational development for residents as an integral part of their total resident care or lifestyle; managing day-to-day concerns of residents, and coordinating all necessary resources. The Home Care Companion position has a broad scope and involves food service and environmental duties.
Minimal Education:
High School graduate equivalent.
Minimal Experience:
Experience working or volunteering in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting strongly preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Current driver's license and excellent driving record required. Must be 25 years of age or older due to auto insurance requirements for company vehicles Back
