About Us:
Caregivers 24/7 is a leading home care provider for senior adults in the Triangle. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and committed professional to provide in-home care to a client in Wake Forest. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients in their homes while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life. We are seeking applicants who live in the Wake Forest/Rolesville area. You will work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4pm-10pm with an occasional Saturday morning (TBD). Saturday schedule more than likely is every other Saturday between 10am-2pm. There is flexibility with Saturday hours.
Duties:
  • Provide assistance with companion care, personal care, safety supervision, and medication reminders
  • Support client and their family in maintaining a safe living environment
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition and/or behavior
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Skills & Experience:
  • Two years of experience as a PCA
  • Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and ability to effectively respond to emergencies
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
  • CPR certified preferred but not required
  • Negative TB test
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and religions

Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and reliable transportation
