Job Description Compassionate Care Solutions is hiring a Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered, in-home and community-based support. This position is a great fit for someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, getting out into the community, and helping someone find fun and meaningful things to do. We are looking for someone who can bring positive energy, encourage community involvement, and help the individual stay active and engaged. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist the individual with finding activities and things to do in the community. Encourage and support community involvement, outings, and social activities. Help plan activities based on the individual's interests and preferences. Prepare meals and try new recipes with the individual. Assist with mobility and daily needs. Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings. Maintain accurate documentation and follow the individualized care plan. Act as a mandated reporter for suspected abuse or neglect. Adapt to the changing needs and preferences of the individual. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or aging adults preferred. Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable being active in the community. Enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. Creative and willing to help find activities the individual may enjoy. Strong communication skills. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and person-centered. Must meet all state-required background screening requirements. Schedule 12-hour day shifts Thursday, Friday & Saturday Must be willing and able to consistently work in Grafton, ND.

Pay:
