Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with special needs or chronic conditions. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities. Help with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy. Skills Experience in home care or long-term care settings is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus. Ability to assist with meal preparation and basic cooking skills. Familiarity with CPR procedures is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
