Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate assistance and support to individuals with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities Daily Support:

Assisting with household tasks, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.

Community Integration:

Accompanying individuals to activities like movies, concerts, and special events.

Goal Achievement:

Helping individuals reach personal goals, build skills, and foster independence.

Safety & Care:

Ensuring a safe environment by maintaining a clean & organized area

Requirements Age:

Must be 19 years of age or older.

License:

A valid Nebraska driver's license is required.

Physical:

Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 75 pounds (regularly lift 10 lbs, frequently lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 50 lbs).

Screening:

Must pass a criminal record check, central registry check, and drug screen.

Skills:
