The Hospitality Aide supports the nursing staff by assisting residents with non-clinical needs that enhance comfort, safety, and daily quality of life. This role focuses on customer service, prompt response to resident requests, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

JOB SUMMARY

In this non-certified caregiving role, Universal Workers assist residents with activities of daily living, fostering resident's independence and freedom of choice.
