Kearney, NE Schedule:
6:00 AM-2:00 PM | 2 Days per Week | Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required Looking for a Rewarding Caregiving Role Where You'll Feel Valued and Supported? Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers. Encourage resident engagement, connection, and independence. Provide care with compassion, patience, dignity, and respect. What Makes You a Great Fit You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors. You are dependable, compassionate, and patient. You communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
