What the work looks like:

You'll help seniors and individuals with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent — in their own homes, where they want to be. That means hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, peri care), medication reminders, preparing meals they'll enjoy, and keeping their space clean and safe. You'll follow care plans, document what you see, and be the steady presence their families count on.

Who thrives here:
