• Job Overview
• We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.
• Duties
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
• Support clients with mobility assistance
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Requirements
• Experience or certification in memory care, home health, or assisted living is preferred
• CPR certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques
• Willingness to assist with cooking and light housekeeping tasks
