What You'll Do As a Family Support Worker (FSW) , you'll play a vital role in helping families reach their goals and ensuring children have safe, nurturing experiences.
Your responsibilities may include:
Parent Supervised Visits (PTSV): Transport children and/or parents, supervise interactions, and document visits. Family Support (FS): Help parents with DHHS-assigned goals such as employment, housing, budgeting, and caregiving. Drug Testing (DST): Conduct UA, sweat patch, oral swab, or breathalyzer tests. (Training provided; optional if you're not comfortable with this duty.)
