Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment. Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being. Monitor clients' health status, report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals promptly. Follow care plans accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality and respecting client preferences. Maintain detailed documentation of services provided, including care logs and incident reports. Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adapt to changing needs. Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving preferred. Knowledge of basic medical procedures, medication management, and safety protocols. Familiarity with common medical conditions such as geriatrics, post-acute care needs, or chronic illnesses. Experience working in diverse settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, or teaching hospitals is advantageous.
