Overnight Caregiver - Nala Care Omaha, Nebraska & Surrounding Areas Overnight Shifts Available Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Competitive Hourly Pay Nala Care is hiring dependable Overnight Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in their homes. We are looking for reliable caregivers who are comfortable working overnight hours and can remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the scheduled shift . Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision and companionship Assist clients with toileting and personal-care needs throughout the night Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning as needed Help with bathing, grooming, and dressing when scheduled Provide medication reminders Prepare light meals or snacks when needed Perform light housekeeping related to client care Monitor clients for changes in condition or safety concerns Follow the client's individualized care plan Accurately document services provided during the shift Communicate important client information to Nala Care Use AxisCare for scheduling, documentation, and communication Requirements Must be dependable and consistently report to scheduled overnight shifts Must be able to remain awake and attentive for the entire shift Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Must successfully complete all required background screenings First Aid, CPR, and Abuse & Neglect training required before being placed on the schedule Reliable transportation preferred Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required for assignments involving transportation Previous caregiving, CNA, home-care, assisted-living, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required for all assignments Why Work for Nala Care?
