Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and support to clients, creating a positive environment. Assist with medications and maintain detailed health records. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the implementation of personalized care plans.
Qualifications:
Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role. Compassionate and patient personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be 18 YO or older
Bonus If You Are:
Certified in CPR or first aid, or are a Certified Home Health Aide Are familiar with special-needs care, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinsons. Possess additional language skills.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only, located in Raymond, New Hampshire.
