This position is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable working with different clients, traveling to various locations, and stepping in when additional coverage is needed. Responsibilities:

Provide homemaking and household assistance to clients Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other approved homemaking tasks Step in when emergency staffing coverage is needed Travel between client locations throughout New Hampshire Follow client care plans and agency policies Complete daily care documentation and notes Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team

Requirements:
