What You'll Do:
Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time available) As a Residential Direct Support Associate , you'll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events Following personalized care plans Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety What We're Looking For We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path.
