9•13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Schedule:
Evening Shift | 3:00 PM•11:00
PM Hours:
40 Hours/Week Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to provide high-quality care and support to residents in an assisted living setting. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and committed to helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist with bathing and grooming Help with dressing and hygiene Support mobility and transfers Assist with meals and feeding Take and document vital signs Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in condition Assist with toileting and incontinence care Maintain a clean and safe environment Follow resident care plans Communicate with the care team Ensure resident comfort and dignity Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous PCA or caregiving experience preferred Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred Current BLS/CPR certification preferred Excellent communication skills Compassionate and dependable Ability to lift and assist residents safely Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass background screening (if required) Why Join Us?
