Job Description
Overview Are you looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women and children? Our nonprofit ministry is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and confident Overnight Residential Support Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will help provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our residents and their babies during overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, offering encouragement, and ensuring the well-being of others.

Responsibilities:
Monitor the safety and security of the residence throughout the shift. Build positive relationships with residents and spend time engaging with mothers and their babies. Provide emotional support and a listening ear when residents need someone to talk to. provide medications from a secured medication area according to established procedures. Complete routine walk-throughs of the home to ensure a safe and secure environment. Contact and collaborate with on-call staff when issues or concerns arise. Respond appropriately and confidently during emergencies, including contacting 911 when necessary. Maintain accurate communication and documentation related to overnight activities.Qualifications:
Compassionate, patient, and supportive demeanor. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable and able to work independently. Comfortable following medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
