Responsibilities Provide direct personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary, ensuring dietary needs are met. Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in care delivery. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to pass background checks and meet any required training certifications. Flexibility in scheduling.
