We offer the following to our Residents Medication Supervision Health monitoring via monthly and as needed weights, vitals Limited personal care Shift notes that can be shared with the Residents medical professionals to paint a better picture of their day to day needs Companionship Resident safety checks Light housekeeping

That sounds great but you're not an LNA, never been a PCA and you don't have training for Medication Supervision? Don't leave yet! We foot the bill for the Medication Supervision Assistant Certification Class, your initial and ongoing Dementia training and we will train you to be a PCA!! Isn't that fantastic?!?
