Job Description

Whole Hearted Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers, personal care aides, and home health aides to support seniors and adults living at home throughout our New Hampshire service areas. Whether you're an experienced PCA, HHA, home care aide, companion caregiver, or direct support professional, or you're brand new to caregiving and want to start a meaningful career, we'll train you and put you to work near you. Schedules to fit your life We have openings right now for: Full-time Part-time Per diem / PRN / flexible Overnight shifts (awake and asleep overnights) Weekend shifts (Saturday, Sunday, weekend-only) Days, evenings, short shifts, and long shifts Tell us your availability and we'll build a schedule around it. What you'll do Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Offer medication reminders and monitor for changes in condition Support safe transfers, ambulation, and fall prevention Provide respite care for family caregivers Document care and communicate with our care team What we offer Paid training provided

  • our clients count on you Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Prior experience as a caregiver, PCA, HHA, CNA, LNA, home health aide, home care aide, companion, DSP, or family caregiver is a plus, but not required
