Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and individualized support
• Assisting with morning and evening routines
• Providing transportation to and accompanying the individual at community
• events, social outings, and appointments
• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care, as needed
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and meaningful engagement in community and social settings
• Respecting the individual's choices, preferences, privacy, and dignity

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, proactive, and responsible
• Comfortable providing both personal care and community-based support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous caregiving, direct support, or related experience is preferred

Available Schedule:

Mondays and Wednesdays:

4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Thursdays:

9:30 a.m.-3:30/4:00 p.m.

Saturday:

11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Sundays:

8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (flexible scheduling and every-other-week availability may be considered)

• $25.00 per hour
