Job Description
We are seeking multiple dependable, compassionate, and engaging Self-Directed Employees to support a vibrant young woman who enjoys staying active, socializing, and participating in community events. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and individualized support
- Assisting with morning and evening routines
- Providing transportation to and accompanying the individual at community
- events, social outings, and appointments
- Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care, as needed
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and meaningful engagement in community and social settings
- Respecting the individual's choices, preferences, privacy, and dignity
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, proactive, and responsible
- Comfortable providing both personal care and community-based support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous caregiving, direct support, or related experience is preferred
Available Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays:
4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.Thursdays:
9:30 a.m.-3:30/4:00 p.m.Saturday:
11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.Sundays:
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (flexible scheduling and every-other-week availability may be considered)- Part-time and per diem opportunities available
Compensation:
