Position Summary:
Delta is currently hiring for Residential Lead Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience. Applicants must be willing to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene. Ensure proper staffing and clear communication with leadership.Oversee daily shift operations:
cleaning, documentation, activities, hygiene support, and transportation. Administer and track medications per policy. Support individuals in skill-building, independence, and community integration. Guide staff in implementing care plans and behavior strategies. Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment. Monitor individual progress and ensure all documentation is complete. Assist with scheduling and minimize overtime needs. Comply with all policies, regulations, and inspections. Maintain confidentiality and model professional conduct. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications A high school Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.Benefits:
