Job Overview An HHA agency is looking for a reliable and organized Care Coordinator to support clients, caregivers, nurses, and managers. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with Medicaid cases and speaks Russian, Spanish, and English. Duties Recruit and assign caregivers to client cases. Search for substitute caregivers when needed. Prepare and maintain caregiver and client schedules. Complete and organize office paperwork. Assist with HHA school and training paperwork. Communicate case updates and changes to managers and nurses. Monitor staffing needs and help ensure proper coverage for all cases. Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, nurses, and agency management. Respond to urgent staffing and scheduling issues, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Check actual working hours and timesheets Maintain accurate and confidential records Requirements Previous experience coordinating or managing home health care cases. Experience working with Medicaid cases. Knowledge of HHA agency procedures and caregiver documentation. Fluency in Russian, Spanish, and English. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in person at the Fort Lee office. Availability for occasional weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
